Regional Sales and Business Development Manager
– Full time (40 hours)

Do you understand the value of branding? Have you a love for hospitality and catering?

We are looking for a regional sales and business development manager to join our growing and dynamic team – and help us develop profitable relationships in the Hospitality and Hotel sector.

IdentityUK is recognised as experts in branded marketing material for businesses. Covering the whole of the South West we are delighted to offer our customers a wide portfolio of branded clothing, merchandise and printed display to promote their brand.

Already representing many of the leading clothing brands we are proud to have been awarded exclusive South West distributor rights for Chefworks, the leading manufacturer of Chefs uniforms and hotel uniforms.

This role is to develop and deliver the sales strategy for the Hotel and Hospitality sector – with primary responsibility for Chefworks clothing.

You will have…

  • A proven track record of planning and implementing sales strategies to deliver agreed sales and profit targets.
  • Experience in the hospitality, hotel or catering sector.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and spot opportunities.
  • The ability to manage the complete pipeline developing long standing relationships and customer value.
  • A customer focus, with the desire to add value through marketing and product advise.
  • Strong communication skills, managing customer expectations and production demands to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Basic accountancy skills with the ability to report and analyse sales data.
  • A shared vision of supporting and giving back to local charities.
  • The willingness to travel throughout the South West.
  • A full clean driving license
